As was the old Shakeys Pizza parlor. Captain Windy greeted you as you entered, and wait staff was always dressed up as pirates. I remember it broke my heart when my parents told me they had a fire and it burned down. They supposedly reopened under the name Riverview Inn, but I was disappointed when we went back and things were changed. No more pirates, nor Captain Windy there.
